Pre-Arrival

Warwick House was built in 1836 and is now a Grade II listed building. There are 11 steps up to the front door which makes it impractical for wheel chairs to enter the building.

Enquiries, confirmations and directions can be emailed in, or posted in large print format.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

We have our own car park with ample parking for all guest rooms.
Assistance is available from car park to your room.

Luggage will always be carried to your room; and on departure to your car or taxi.

The car park surface is gravel with 2 steps up to the front garden level.

Main Entrance & Reception

Warwick House has eleven wide steps up to the front door with a handrail.

Pen / pad available on arrival.

Facilities of the guesthouse and guestroom will always be explained in person on arrival.

Water bowls provided for service dogs.

There is no lift provided at Warwick House.

Public Areas, Guestrooms and Dining Room

Access from the entrance / hallway (there are 3 bedrooms on this level) to the dining room and lounge is down 13 steps with handrail.

Access to the second floor bedrooms is by 17 steps with handrail.

Guestroom televisions have Teletext subtitles.

Guest information folders and breakfast menus are available in large print format.

1 guestroom on the entrance level has been equipped with a larger shower.

Food Allergies can be catered for with notice.

Breakfast is waiter service; we are on hand to help.
